Dram Vault — Delete your account

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Dram Vault and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its data from our servers.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@hexar.dev from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Dram Vault account". We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a Dram Vault subscription — Google Play manages billing, not us. Cancel it at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or you will keep being charged.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your account (email, name), all bottles, tasting notes, ratings, wishlists, and photos.
• Kept: subscription purchase records required for tax and accounting compliance are retained by our payment processors (Google Play, RevenueCat) per their policies; we retain no personal data after deletion.
