Delete from inside the app

1. Open StripWise and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and its data from our servers.

Or request deletion by email

Email support@hexar.dev from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my StripWise account". We'll delete the account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account does not cancel a StripWise subscription — Google Play manages billing, not us. Cancel it at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or you will keep being charged.

What is deleted

• Deleted: your account (email, name), all pool profiles, test results, dosing history, and strip photos.
• Kept: subscription purchase records required for tax and accounting compliance are retained by our payment processors (Google Play, RevenueCat) per their policies.
• Also kept: a one-way hash of your email address, which we cannot use to contact you or recover your address, together with the number of free AI scans that address had used, solely to prevent abuse of the free tier through repeated account creation. We retain no other personal data after deletion.
