FreshQuit
Nicotine pouch tracker and taper plan
FreshQuit is an Android app for adults who already use nicotine pouches and want to use fewer of them, or none. Logging one takes a single tap, and everything past the timestamp is optional: strength, brand, what triggered it, a note. From there you pick a taper that steps your daily target down week by week, or a quit date to count from, and the home screen carries your current streak, your best one, and the money you haven't spent. It's a habit log with a breathing screen attached. FreshQuit makes no medical claims and treats nothing.
One tap, and resisting counts too
Log a pouch with its strength, the brand you typed in yourself, and what set it off: a craving, plain habit, a social situation, or stress. Beat the craving instead and log that as resisted. It reads as a win and leaves your streak intact.
Taper down, or stop and count days
A taper lowers your daily target each week from the baseline you gave at setup. Or name the day you stopped and watch the count climb. Both modes price what you've saved from your own can cost and pouches per can, so the figure is yours rather than an average.
Craving SOS
Sixty seconds of 4-7-8 breathing with a short note pulled from the reasons you wrote down. A timer and some encouragement; it doesn't pretend to be treatment.
Reminders you switch on yourself
Every notification ships off. Turn on a daily check-in, an evening nudge once a streak passes three days, a cheer at milestones, or a heads-up fifteen minutes before the hour you usually struggle with.
Trends and a weekly read (Pro)
Daily use charted against your target, the hours your cravings cluster in, and a once-a-week summary drawn from your own log. Free accounts keep the last seven days on screen.
Get FreshQuit
FreshQuit is in closed testing on Google Play ahead of its general release. Questions, feedback, or a spot in the test: support@hexar.dev.
Signing in takes an email address. Your log entries, plan settings, and reminder preferences are stored on Hexar's servers so a streak you built over two months survives a reinstall, and so the weekly read has a pattern to work from. Nothing is sold to advertisers, and Settings exports the whole log to CSV for free. The privacy policy names every processor we use, and deleting your account wipes the history along with it.
FreshQuit is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not a medical device or a substitute for advice from a doctor or a quitline.
